Serving South Florida
Field Work & Accountability
Our team walks neighborhoods documenting hazards and concerns. We process reports from people who want help getting started, do not feel heard, or simply want an advocate involved.
Education & Resources
Our website is a one-stop shop for South Floridians with its 15-category resource directory and educational blog. Find resources for small businesses, the environment, and neighbors in need.

From neighborhood sunset inspections and cleanups to community input and team building events, we create accessible ways for individuals, families, and organizations to get involved.

Everyday People
Benjamin Swanson
Director of Community Engagement
Ben brings a decade of diverse teaching experience and a strong background in community music leadership. As a classically trained vocalist, he knows that when people find their voice, they gain the power to transform their own community. Having led various arts, education, and environmental initiatives, he is committed to ensuring our neighborhoods are as safe and inclusive as they are vibrant.
Caleb Merendino
Director of Community Action
Caleb’s background as an EMS responder and 911 dispatcher instilled in him the ability to think fast, stay organized, and execute solutions under extreme pressure. He applies that same tactical focus to community advocacy, refusing to let a neighbor, or an entire neighborhood, be ignored. As a hands-on problem solver, he is dedicated to protecting people, animals, and the environment.
