Our team walks neighborhoods, alleys, and business districts, documenting hazards and everyday problems. In addition to the thousands of reports we generate through these efforts, we also accept reports from community members who need help. Some don’t know where to report issues, others have been waiting weeks for a resolution, and many simply hope someone else will take action.

We research, compile, and share practical guides and resources that empower you to solve problems, access services, and improve their communities.
Volunteer & Community Events
We empower people to speak up and take action to make their communities better. From local coffee-shop gatherings where neighbors voice concerns, to hands-on community cleanups, and family-friendly game-based neighborhood inspections, we create accessible opportunities for individuals, families, and organizations to actively improve the places they live.
